MEET YOUR TRAINER

Hi! I’m Ulisses

When I started weight training 29 years ago it was never to be a bodybuilder. Sure I was always into sports at High School. I played soccer, American football, track and field but I was the skinny kid! I just wanted to gain a little weight and size to help with my performance on the field so my coach encouraged me to lift.. and the rest is history.


My mentality is very much to stay dedicated to a goal and if I want something, I will see it through to the end.


The gym soon became my passion and along with a new group of friends we decided to enter a local bodybuilding competition. We did this just for fun to keep us motivated, to train harder and to stick to a diet.


Long story short, I won! This was so cool especially when I was just a novice and a teenager. Competing quickly became my motivation to keep training, keep getting better. I set a goal to stand on stage every year. I travelled all over the world winning countless shows and over 24 trophies over my 13 years of competing, including 2 time MuscleMania Pro World Champion and 2 time MuscleMania SuperBody Champion.


During this time I got a lot of exposure in major fitness magazines, photoshoots, speaking at seminars and in turn trained many celebrities and high net worth individuals while mentoring other elite trainers in the industry.


Another passion was developing and educating the masses! I love helping people and sharing my knowledge built up over my career, whether it’s in the gym, at a seminar or at an expo. I want to inspire and motivate people of all ages to share the importance of the dedication needed in both training and nutrition.


I’m extremely humbled to have the level of support from my fans and followers. The respect I receive as both a bodybuilder and body composition coach has given me the opportunity to help guide you to get in to the shape of your life.

My meal plans will aid in transforming you into your dream body. Based on your personal goals, your meals will provide you with the required calories and macronutrient breakdowns you need.

I also provide you with recipes and a shopping list so you don't even have to think about your meal prep.
